If you are a designer, WST offers you a way to organize all of your research into one location. Keep track of everything with "Issues" that the developers will be tracking in JIRA & Bugzilla. Track how important they are with "Data Points". And track other sources of information, like books or papers with "Sources". You can also run surveys, draw diagrams like affinity diagrams, task analyses, and collaboratively edit your diagrams with multiple people on different browsers (just watch them update in real time). This keeps your work in one place and your research on critical issues found connected to the work the developers are doing by connecting it directly to the Issues.
