FAQ-Randomization-I have a bunch of images, questions, etc. that I want each participant to randomly see only one of.

Read this first: How do I randomly reorder images, questions, etc?. Then, under "Group Properties", select the checkbox saying "Show only one question at a time." The variable shown there will contain the order of the questions shown - if the first question is shown, it will show "1", if the second is shown, it will show "2", etc.
