Pre-release:

Change cmu/survey/WSTVersionInfo.java to have the date of the current release.
Run a build and a full test. Repeat the tests a number of times and make sure you don't get any failures.

Steps to release the .war:

Upload to Sourceforge
- Click on it to make it the default download.
- Wait 15 minutes and make sure it's the default download.

Change the version number on websurveytoolbox.net/CurrentVersion.js to put the latest version up. Currently you'll have to sftp into jspsurveylib.sourceforge.net to get there.

Change the version number on the Download page.
- Change the link on the Download Page.

Steps to release the automatic installer:
